North Cascades Stewards
CONNECTING PEOPLE TO PUBLIC LANDS THROUGH SERVICE AND STEWARDS
The North Cascades Stewards program is a great volunteer opportunity for you to give something back to our public lands, deepen your connection with the North Cascades, and get some good exercise while enjoying beautiful mountain views and good company.
North Cascades Stewards offers a wide range of volunteer opportunities within North Cascades National Park and the surrounding National Forests. The work may take you into the backcountry on hiking trails or into the frontcountry at campgrounds, overlooks or the Marblemount Native Plant Nursery. This season’s projects will include a variety of opportunities for helping the land by removing invasive plants, collecting seeds for the nursery, planting native plant species and maintaining hiking trails.
No experience is necessary, as you will learn everything you need to know from our project leaders.
For more information or to get on our mailing list for future North Cascades Stewards activities, please contact Matt Kraska,

You can also keep in touch by joining our North Cascades Stewards Facebook page at www.facebook.com/NCStewards.
We look forward to working with you this season in the North Cascades!
